"The rapist of sound. The terrorist of Ebm. The sick mind of the darkest Flemish Industrial. Just a man: Jeffrey Dahmer" :-DDDDD For the rest, I join in the VIVISsimi compliments :-)

My censored (or exclamation-marked?) phrase was simply ''Happy Pork! Look how happy the pig is'' :-)

I give you a 5 because you're still an idealist who believes in buying CDs. Unfortunately, a convinced pirate (barring very rare exceptions) like me is hard to redeem. In any case, I wouldn't have bought it even on sale.

I'm sorry, dear, unfortunately for an ignorant person like me, the hermeneutic operation wasn't the simplest, I hope you won't ask for a divorce because of this :-DDDDD

But where is it written that someone passionate about those Hungarian bricks from the '30s with subtitles, airing on Raitre at 3 AM, can't also relax with a Pozzetto film? You don't need a degree to express the necessary observations and evaluations. It's clear that I would never dream of comparing Vanzina to De Palma (just to mention my favorite filmmaker, the latter, of course :-D); that doesn't exclude the fact that, as the excellent Charley pointed out, on a Saturday afternoon one could relax with a film like ''Il ragazzo di campagna''. Or should we wonder why it didn't receive any Oscar nominations? More than snobbery, it's simply a matter of mental closure, the true ailment of our time!

Another 5 affectionate :-) And dye your hair blonde, you fool! :-D Bjork, I'm sorry to contradict you, but it's BIG (1988) the remake of Da Grande (1987) and not the other way around :-) Anyway, a virtual and affectionate 5 also for "Da Grande".

I quote cptgaio, no one is questioning anything. I'm almost 23 years old and I started at a very young age with my dad's tapes of Louis Armstrong, Otis Redding, etc. Then (thanks to him) came Black Sabbath, Bruce Springsteen, Queen, Pink Floyd, R.E.M., up to the present day. So no teenage generational debates in my case. Considering the '90s as utterly forgettable is like saying that from 1989 to today, composing music has no more meaning. But think about it, wouldn't it be boring to listen to the Beatles and the Stones your whole life? Moreover, no one can choose in what era to play. What can Pearl Jam do if they came out twenty years after Led Zeppelin? It's purely a matter of age. You say, would it have been better if Eddie Vedder had continued to be a gas station attendant? I'll stop here otherwise we'll get into a cul-de-sac :-)
