I think Tommasino is full of good ideas, but they don’t concern dEUS. In my opinion, dEUS as they were are over, shelved. dEUS were the result of the interaction between barman and other characters (trouvé and carlens before, ward after). Now, unless Pawlowski (another one who doesn’t have any ideas, no no, how could he...) works miracles, barman is left "naked." And long live naked barman, but not as dEUS. This film wasn’t distributed in Italy because the only ones who would have gone to see it are me, josi_, the late Lukin (at least a couple of times each), and a small handful of dEUS fans. And when was the last time a Belgian film was released in Italy?? A disconnected and a bit crazy film, a pleasure for me, a devotee of the bartender, to find all the little clues of his wickedness.
