I'm not bitter at all; I just wanted to point out that the two comments, at the bottom of my latest review, are taken from my fan club blog, which I provided you the link to. If you have something to say about Fausto's album, feel free to stop by there and leave a comment; no need to log in. Is Deb going to hell? Well, you've been going on about this for 3 years.

This album has two merits:
1) It opens endless doors without closing any.
2) It sounds as if Bowie and Lennon had reunited 35 years after "Fame" to play and sing "blue-grass" versions of Space Oddity and War is Over together.
And excuse me if that's not enough.

What I like immensely about Fausto is that every time he surprises and astonishes me. I am currently listening to the CD that arrived today (hooray!) and it is truly something very strange. The most unexpected return one could imagine: not the bang one would expect from someone who has been absent for so many years; his "becoming visible" starts from the intimate. And once again, he has managed to surprise every expectation while remaining himself. Great! Always a comment from STEFANO CASI.

interesting feedback lost during the move, as for god I won’t comment because it is simply a creation of mankind to control other men.

Talking about a De André album post-1965 is never easy; this is his testament, and I like to think that after this, living or dead, he couldn't have done better. But I said the same for "Le nuvole," for "Storia di un impiegato." Fabrizio, the only stranger whose death felt to me like my older brother had died all over again... :-(((
