"Biagio shows us what a well-off, middle-class forty-year-old can do, offering us a CD of abysmal music but with sexually explosive lyrics." "The unthinkable happens... a children’s fairy tale with deep thanks to fans... My goodness, what chills."

"The much-heralded American expedition only resulted in burdening the arrangements, leveling the sound, making the 'Negramaro style' almost carbon paper to infinitely duplicate similar note combinations." "To the question: 'how can one replicate the success of a previous multi-platinum and multi-award-winning album?' The answer: by making one exactly the same. Obvious."

Negramaro's album La Finestra is a follow-up to their previous success, featuring 14 tracks that emphasize familiar sounds and styles. While the production and ballads receive praise, much of the album suffers from over-arrangement and a lack of innovation. The band relies heavily on self-citation, resulting in songs that sound too similar. Though technically proficient, the album feels like a cautious repetition rather than a creative leap forward. Discover the nuances of Negramaro's La Finestra—listen now and decide if it lives up to their legacy!
This debut solo album continues along the lines of 'Wake up and smell the coffee' with themes like family, children, love. The saving grace of this album remains the voice of Dolores O'Riordan, the same as always yet always different, capable of moving you even if she were singing 'Old MacDonald Had a Farm.'

This review evaluates Dolores O'Riordan's 2007 solo debut 'Are You Listening?' as a mixed effort. While her distinctive and powerful voice remains intact and emotional, the album's songwriting and overall impact fall short of expectations. Some tracks evoke nostalgic Cranberries vibes, but many feel uninspired or lackluster. Fans seeking the haunting, intense energy of her past work may be disappointed, though her voice remains the album's highlight. Discover the highs and lows of Dolores O'Riordan's solo debut—listen now and decide if her legendary voice carries the album.
‘Soundtracks’ is the classic Christmas panettone for fans. Must I really think that money extinguishes every belligerent flame?

The reviewer questions the value and necessity of Elisa's 'Soundtrack ’96-’06,' a greatest hits album that feels more like a commercial product for fans than an artistic statement. Despite the artist’s strong past works, the compilation appears to prioritize sales over creativity. The reviewer also critiques the promotion strategy involving the single with Ligabue. Ultimately, the review reflects disappointment and skepticism about the motivations behind this release. Choosing to open the CD with a track like 'La grande mela' is at least risky. 'Lu sciacuddhruzzi' saves them from getting only one star in this review of mine.

The review reflects on Après La Classe’s latest album Luna Park, highlighting its departure from the band’s traditional sound. While some tracks struggle with the new style and lyrical approach, others like 'La luna cadrà' and 'Lu sciacuddhruzzi' reconnect with their roots. The album represents a mix of innovation and challenges, with a noted loss of the trademark reggaeska energy. Fans are encouraged to see it as a mark of time and change within the band. Fabri Fibra: it would be wise for someone to institutionalize him for the purpose of lobotomy. They alone were worth the soaked trip, and calling it soaked is an understatement.

If I had to review this CD when it came out, I would have given it 5 resounding stars, such was the joy and pride of seeing that they had made it. Right now, I wouldn’t bet they are still down to earth. I feel sorry for the guys, obviously, I will continue to defend and support them because I too am a child of a land that... nourishes itself with these little lights to continue to fight and hope.

"Those angry, distorted, dirty guitars clashed with the singer’s voice, creating an odd ensemble that sounded little like pop and much more alternative." "Rustician arrangement has softened everything... now everything is more harmonious, cleaner, more cohesive."
