Great review Joe Strummer, you write really well. The album is good but I like the first one more.

Stunning cover, as always in my opinion...

Well, I hope the review hasn't misled me... anyway, from what you say, it's the usual Iron Maiden album; of course, the inspiration can't be the same as the masterpieces, but let's not forget that this band has been around for almost thirty years... unlike you, I hope they continue to play and make records for a long time, just like the Stones, even if they've already given their best, they're still great artists.

Anyway, looking at the tracklist, I noticed that the songs from Train Of Thought are missing, except for Vacant, which is more than a welcome exception, to be honest. I’m disappointed about that, as it's one of my favorite albums by the Theater. Nevertheless, the presence of all of Six Degrees Of Inner Turbulence makes up for it...

Matt7, there's no need to get heated; I was just kidding. Anyway, thanks for the information, I'll go buy it tomorrow if I can find it.

It must be sensational indeed.. I will definitely buy the double DVD when it comes out, that is, on August 29, but you, on the other hand, were clever and took advantage of the p2p networks... :-)

Of course, I don't dispute the technical greatness of Vai and Satriani; I admit that Fripp's never impressed me... but I don't like any of the three, so it would have been unbearable for me, even though I play the guitar myself (though certainly not with the same results, unfortunately...). Good review.
