John Frusciante Inside Of Emptiness
Voto:
I love Frusciante's style, but his solo works have never convinced me... not even his solo voice convinces me... but I will listen to the CD.

-->A vivid and urgent story (as Jannacci would say) of a prostitute brutally killed by "a king without a crown and without an escort," who, as French poets taught, ended up flying to the sky on a star. --< You completely misinterpreted the content of the song. The lyrics are very clear: "then they say that while you were returning / in the river who knows how you slipped / and he who didn't want to believe you were dead / knocked a hundred more times at your door." Clearly, it is not the "king without a crown and without an escort" who kills her... In "La ballata di Michè," the protagonist doesn't kill himself out of dishonor and shame, but the matter is much more subtle... As for the rest, the review is good. The album is fantastic, like almost all the others. Moreover, this one has an immediacy and an incredible simplicity, as well as unmatched class in addressing very delicate themes. Unfortunately, with only 5 stars available, I must limit myself, as there are albums that I believe are even better.
Led Zeppelin Houses Of The Holy

This album is a milestone in Led's discography, far from being a minor episode or "pop" (we're skirting blasphemy here...). Aside from "D'yer maker," which should be taken for what it is, namely a joke, the others are all great, by the way performed and re-performed live. An album that is a must-have, on par with the first four.

Their most genuine album, I don't know if it's the most successful...

What kind of review is this? I don't know the album.

Well, the comparison between the lyrics is truly ruthless, even though I believe it's impossible to compare a rap text to a "normal" text. I disagree with what you say about rap. It's definitely not my genre, but I acknowledge that it takes talent to write rap lyrics that make sense and aren't just a jumble of curse words and vulgarity (music, as you rightly point out, is irrelevant to you). So, respect for all musical genres. They really make you want to vomit, though, and in this I support you completely.
Sergio Endrigo Quando la musica è poesia

Punisher is right, the review is too biographical (actually, the album takes a back seat).
However, since I've learned some things I didn't know and since I really like Endrigo (he's the one who sings the fairy tales, not that scoundrel Povia), I'm giving you the bonus star.
"La casa" is just too beautiful!!

Well, in my opinion, too many people have prejudices about this band; after all, not every group needs to be a pillar or a monster of technique, genius, or creativity. There are also respectable bands that make good music (in this case, good rock, melodic after all, but much better than the excrement of Ligabue and Vasco Rossi and Pelù, who would theoretically be the champions of rock made in Italy) and that’s it. It is precisely in comparison with these groups that we identify the Artists and the Masterpieces.
