Fëdor Michajlovic Dostoevskij Il Grande Inquisitore

One thing seems quite evident to me: the Grand Inquisitor is the Institution Church, the Church of Rome but not only.

A passage of extraordinary depth and brilliance from the greatest writer of all time. I can only echo LEMONVERDE's comment because I believe it’s truly difficult to express oneself with better words. A masterful review; I was almost moved to tears, and it allowed me to make further reflections and grasp additional aspects of a passage that is a symbol.

The album is truly beautiful, every track deserves special mention. My favorites are Hidden Place and Pagan Poetry, but I reiterate, the others are just as good. A truly unique artist, I also have an album where she performs jazz classics in her own language, really remarkable.
Massimo Fini Sudditi. Manifesto Contro La Democrazia

Congratulations on the review. I agree with you, a brilliant and truly free author. I am not a journalist, I consider myself a philosopher. I have read quite a bit, and I believe that "La Ragione aveva Torto?" represents the summation of all his thought: an essay that perfectly encapsulates his thinking, highlighting its systematic nature. I love his ability to argue and dissect such complex issues in a provocative yet not overly so manner. I find it very interesting; what leaves me perplexed, somewhat like the reviewer, is the remedy he proposes for the malfunctions of our system. Is it really possible that we must return to local autonomies and direct democracy? Have we not, for specific reasons, arrived at representative democracy and the unity of peoples? I struggle to believe that all this has come about through some externally directed imposition. Still, I adore him; if there were more journalists like him, Italy would be a better place. Moreover, Fini has an impressive culture and a mastery of language and argumentation.
Michael Jackson Off The Wall

What I criticize is not the critique of the artist itself, but the a priori critique, that is, contaminated by underlying prejudices that undermine any form of free evaluation. As long as people think of Jackson as a little queer pedophile with a gay voice, they will never be able to appreciate how much good he expressed musically. Human Nature is a masterpiece, but have you ever listened carefully to the harmony of this piece? And Jackson's melodic interpretation? By the way, Human Nature was written by Steve Porcaro and John Bettis; do we want to throw mud on them and on Toto as well?

The opening track is simply overwhelming.. And She's Out Of My Life is magical. Of course, tastes are tastes, but let's try not to dismiss albums out of hand.

You talk about things you don't know or understand... only on Debaser does it happen that a similar artist is not recognized, at least in part. You can't tear down a musician, singer, composer, dancer like this. Criticism is fine, but it should be based on sound reasoning and, above all, supported by valid arguments and not the usual clichés that denote a colossal ignorance and superficiality. Enough with the prejudices, Jackson has composed some of the most beautiful songs ever heard.

At the top of the list are the Who.

I've always seen this album as a sort of mixed fry, with a little bit of everything. Maybe too much, but the Zep are still strong. Custard Pie is violently intense, with a simply fantastic guitar sound. Personally, I find that Down By The Seaside is delightful in its uniqueness.
