this work, as excellent as it is, is marred by a poor recording....try to get your hands on the bootleg WHEN DREAM AND DAY REUNITE (a live reunion where the Dream plays the entire album with the presence of the old members except for Kevin Moore...simply fantastic!)

The fact is that for me, music isn't about screaming like crazy... if I want to listen to something metal, I turn to Dream Theater or Symphony X... anyway, tastes shouldn't be debated.. on that you are right.

a very valid album.....too bad that Romeo's sound is poor compared to other guitarists like Petrucci or Andy Timmons.....if I were him, I would saturate the sound a bit less....anyway, I don't doubt his skill and compositions, even if his solos are a bit repetitive and too technical at the expense of melody.
