Two and a half hours fly by as if nothing happened… the same goes for Eyes Wide Shut… Lolita is a more disturbing film than a thousand pornos of our days.
Woody Allen Annie Hall

Woody Allen on a Sunday afternoon is a gem!
William Friedkin L'esorcista (versione integrale)

I've never been a big fan of this movie... it doesn’t make it to my favorite horror films... I prefer Carrie (just to stick to the '70s)... the review is atrocious!
Buster Keaton The General
Voto:
"the most beautiful chase between two locomotives that the history of cinema remembers." <<< and one of the most experimental moments of silent American cinema, I add... "it's not exactly an anti-militarist film. There is no satire or mockery. Buster was American through and through and respectful of institutions" <<< well let's keep in mind that we were in the 1920s: in my opinion, this film reveals a polite but incisive critique of militaristic logic... great review! :-)
Ettore Scola C'eravamo tanto amati

"Miles Davis or anyone else you can listen to while playing soccer" <<< but maybe not.

"like a jewel was the broncoviz' television hollywood party." <<< I totally agree, it was the year 1996, they did it on Sundays at lunchtime, great times... :-)
