Woody Allen isn't all that uncool considering that in school he was quite the athlete, no joke, and then he won over a bunch of women... and what women.

I only know "Surf's Up"... but that's enough to give it a rating.

I acknowledge their bravura, but their lyrics tackle themes that are far too negative and are not in tune with me.
Dori Ghezzi Margherita non lo sa
Voto:
I have a childhood memory of Dori Ghezzi...my mom would always sing "Mamma Dodori" and she would...I remember "..among the fireflies and the stars, and the caramelle../mamma Dodori.."

The only work for me that is truly above average... a great album that has nothing to do with hard rock! But it's prog and only prog.
Mike Oldfield Crises
Voto:
For me, "Five Miles Out" is superior, and its "Tarus II" is one of the most beautiful compositions by Mike.
Elisa Una poesia anche per te
Voto:
In my opinion, Elisa doesn't have a personal style, and now she's really fallen low with her collaboration with Ligabue and has given in to commercialism. I don't consider her a great talent; Consoli is superior but remains a folk singer. For me, right now, the only really talented one is Cristina Donà... but the greatness of Alice is still far from being reached.
Mike Oldfield Crises
Voto:
Oldfield is not a prog author. He has little to do with it..it's not enough to make long pieces to be prog. I think Oldfield goes far beyond a simple classification. This is perhaps not his greatest success (tubular bells should be), I much prefer the previous one which is much more beautiful and inspired.

But for me they are influenced mostly by prog, and they will prove it with II. In fact, they started as a prog band with strong glam elements. Roger Taylor is a good drummer in my opinion, but all those high tones clash too much and ultimately become tiresome.
