Pandaemonium Return to Reality
Voto:
In fact, we don't mind at all. What I was pointing out was merely the acknowledgment of an undeniable reality: downloading has significantly decreased album sales, which has caused serious damage especially to independent labels. That said, I don't want to stigmatize those who download (I do it myself) and I'm very pleased if there's someone like you who, after downloading an album, decides to buy an original copy! @x-factor: thank you so much for your appreciation. Rock On
Leone Di Lernia Disco Hauz
Voto:
Yeah, alright, let’s also praise Leone di Lernia, a disgusting ignorant fat guy... even though that was just a premise to tell us that cool music in the '90s was drowned under pop (which, by the way, is a point that applies to any decade), I would have definitely preferred if the review had evolved into a clearer criticism of this wretched character who makes the basest vulgarity his means of livelihood.
Black Sabbath Master Of Reality
Voto:
I endorse Pier Paolo Farina for the AC/DC ranking. Of course, time passes, but rockers always follow similar paths; I met the Sabbaths at 13 with a legendary greatest hits album, and damn it, I still listen to them (unlike a ton of other bands). Who said that young people have lost their values! Damn, just think that the first teenagers who heard this album were born in the late 50s, and this kid was born in ’91, meaning more than thirty years of appeal on the most difficult and sought-after target: teenagers...
Scissor Sisters Ta-Dah
Voto:
I only know the single and it's quite nice, very fresh pop. But weren't the Beatles "disgustingly pop"? With this, I don't want to compare the two proposals, for heaven's sake, but simply to encourage reflection on a certain type of prejudice.
The Rapture Pieces Of The People We Love
Voto:
I didn't hear it, but with this review, it's as if I did... already from the video, I had understood that whatever little good was in this group had been sacrificed to the posers with their martinis (fantastic image, reviewer).
Killing Joke Brighter Than A Thousand Suns

I sense the smell of a new lawyer in the air! Congratulations, now former colleague (I am still a humble doctor)... Nice review, which enjoys a pleasantly light narrative style that is rather rare, likely a sign of liberation from the sword of Damocles hanging over us poor trainees.
Blind Guardian Twist In The Myth
Voto:
Putting aside the first two comments clearly made by opposing ears, I must say that I quite liked the review. I also think that the Blind's pieces contain strokes of genius that perhaps could be developed better at times. But it's well known that the Blind have always tended to fill their pieces with a myriad of sections that are truly appreciated only after many listens. Anyway, in my opinion, the album is not a 5; it lacks those truly timeless tracks. I saw them in concert yesterday in Milan, and the setlist completely overlooked the latest album (only "fly" and "another stranger me"). I too would have liked to sing "you are part of the game you're a slave to the grind oblivion," but nothing.
Mando Diao Ode To Ochrasy
Voto:
They are incredibly annoying, they are a kind of encyclopedia of rock clichés and they even pose as genius rockstars. I’ve seen them live too; they’re so stereotypical and artificial that they look like they’ve come out of the photos from one of those fashion magazine shoots with titles like: "this winter go for the rock-look."

Aside from my impression of the Verdena live shows I attended (which I still enjoy listening to), I must say that this review, although quite juvenile, came across as very evocative. It could have been the review of the Punkreas concert I saw at Festoria when I was thirteen.
