The Nomadi have been and will always be a great Italian group. However, I don't like the fact that they are participating in Sanremo this year...

Uncle Burba, but you also need to understand the story behind it to be more impacted. I always take "Tommy" by The Who as an example; if we take every single song from the album without paying attention to the lyrics... yeah, it might work, but if we associate the music with the fact that this boy, Tommy, becomes blind, deaf, and mute, you'll see it has a greater effect. The same thing will happen with "Felona e Sorona"; if we associate the music with the idea of the two twin planets that oppose each other, one is happy and the other unhappy, and from Felona's side "she doesn't care" about Sorona, you'll find it much more exciting to listen to the album. Thanks for the vote. Bye!!!
George Harrison All Things Must Pass

What is this? Only two of us voted for George? The review is mediocre for an album of this kind...

Indeed, egothemaster, you are right. Sorry if I misunderstood you. "Felona e Sorona" is a complicated album in terms of lyrics. Even I, who have been listening to it since I was 5 (now I'm 18), still don't fully understand it.

Dear egothemaster, saying that concepts are boring is a bit of an exaggeration. Just take a look at "Tommy" by The Who, "The Wall" by Pink Floyd... it's true that they aren't categorized within the Progressive genre, but the imprint is there. If you listen closely to "Uomo di Pezza," it vaguely gives the impression of a concept. All the lyrics are connected, from "Una Dolcezza Nuova" to "Aspettando L'alba," they talk about sexual violence, well just look at "Gioco Di Bimba," a clear example. Thank you for the vote! Bye!

Greg, of the bands you mentioned, I only know Velvet Underground, Marlene, Nirvana, and Pearl Jam. Among these, I’m interested in Velvet Underground and Nirvana (my mom is crazy about Kurt!!! In fact, I listen to them passively, but I like them). The bands I "hang out" with are Beatles, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, clearly The Who, Pink Floyd (especially the lineup with Syd Barrett, do you know him?), Genesis, Rolling Stones, Doors, Oasis, and many others... Italian ones: Le Orme, PFM, Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso, Dik Dik, Camaleonti, Giganti, Rovescio Della Medaglia, and many more. Going back to today’s generations, I think we need a revolution, like 1968, the student and Hippie revolution. I don’t want to be remembered as part of a generation that identifies with the iPod and low-rise jeans (what idiots!!!! I can understand it for girls if their underwear shows!!!!!, but for guys....!!!!). Let me tell you, technology (not to exaggerate) doesn’t bother me, like computers, cell phones (without cameras and various bullshit...), iPods, and all those things that I personally enjoy... but when we start talking about watching a DVD in a car, I think we’re going too far.... what the hell is the point of watching a movie in a car when there are (still) Drive-Ins, when you have a house, when you can go to the cinema... I don’t know. And then let's not even start on the (latest generation) cell phones that will soon invent something that takes you to the bathroom and even wipes your ass! It will end up that man will become worse than he was in prehistoric times... we won’t do anything anymore... the only difference is that computers will do everything for us, and man will no longer be able to manage things ON HIS OWN!!! Bye!!!

For me, the Who were all four great, especially Roger and Keith. I agree with Music Man, it's enough to shoot opinions randomly.
