I don't believe so, but they are a seventies development of a certain way of seeing pop rock... like the Kinks or the Small Faces, modern (in the early 70s)...

The Pretty Things Get The Picture?
Voto:
great Rocky... choice of an incredible group. my tastes make me prefer (by far) SF Sorrow... and I believe a bit also the first self-titled, but we are talking about panic records, so these are fleeting considerations. well done again...
Pearls Before Swine Balaklava

I found it to be "nicer," as I mentioned—deep and imprecise voice, also because the hiss is less noticeable here; I believe they took some measures during the recording and mixing phase...

I don't really know them, except for a couple of tracks on compilations, but I definitely give a solid 5 to the cover photo... one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Gene Vincent Bluejean Bop!

Great job, Marco... it was about time someone pulled the fathers of rock out of the hat... I was getting ready to do Eddie Cochran, and seeing Mr. Be Bop a Lula appear was thrilling. I grew up with rock n roll, thanks to my father. Lotta Lovin' still drives me crazy today, with that trembling voice.
