Have you ever listened to James Taylor (for example) live? Or Cat Stevens? Or acoustic Springsteen? Or Dylan? Well, these are people who, with just their voice and guitar, can devour Jack for breakfast.

Beautiful memories... Taylor's rebirth after the fabulous '70s. However, not at its peak. Recommended for those who instead cling to the bland Jack Johnson.

Here, I imagined it. These songs, evidently, are born in front of a fire on a tropical beach and... that’s where they should stay. Even on CD, it seems rather light (but, paradoxically, also "heavy"); live, it could actually be lethal. When they say trends.

Toni and furmini, can you tell me what you think those five lines you wrote represent? What??? Don't you start laughing when you read them again?

You surfers... all the same, always women, beer & Jack! I listened to the album and I still have the same opinion: Nice songs, played very well, great sound, excellent production but... a bit too one-block. It’s hard, at least for me, to distinguish and remember one song from another. In the end, great job but a bit tedious. 5 for your surfing career (go for it)!

Well, let me speak to you as a "veteran": unfortunately, I haven't seen Springsteen concerts in the '70s either, only in the '80s and '90s, with and without the E Street Band, just to say that with his band it’s a whole different story. Listen, you're twenty-one, so in June 2003 at San Siro you could have gone by yourself; you were 18... ;-)
