I haven't heard them since their first album, but recently revisited after years, I've come to appreciate a band that, for being Italian, isn't half bad. Nothing extraordinary, of course, but respectable and worthy of respect.

For Marcel Proust: yes, the NIN still exist, and they are still GREAT. In all of Reznor's discography, there is nothing that even remotely suggests selling out or losing integrity, and the amount (little, if we exclude the excellent remixes) and the quality (a lot) of his releases proves it... just one compilation (live, moreover) and practically no interviews. Holy Christ, after creating masterpieces of that caliber, if he releases an album that's less than perfect, it seems like he’s made a mess. An album like that would have been Album of the Year if it weren't from Reznor. And even live, Reznor is still as devastating as ever (I’m telling you this because I was in Paris in June). I’m sorry to be the defense attorney, but taking aim at the NIN like this is just not right...

I've heard a lot about this group, but I haven't actually heard anything yet. Of course, such a review isn't exactly the best way to entice... you could definitely have talked a bit more about the album and its sounds. Anyway, if Reznor likes it, I'll keep it in mind, considering he's proving to be an excellent talent scout... (The Dresden Dolls—fantastic live—and especially Autolux).

Come on guys, show some respect because someone like Madonna deserves it... after all, she is the greatest expert in bacchiuoli on the planet, right?

Damn, these days there's the revival-italia-"underground". And I'm having way too much fun...I'm still laughing after the review of the negroamaro! Votino..

I was about to cry... but after "a no-holds-barred rock," I was left in stitches.

What a gentle soul... the level you've stooped to is exactly what I expected from someone like you. I really pity you, handsome. Ah, thanks for the advice, instead of wasting more time commenting with a child on a pathetic record, I'll rush to listen to the alcoholic and the sodomite you mentioned...

If you still haven't understood, a 5-star metal album was not required of me. But I will give you a clear answer anyway: for me (and I emphasize - for me) no metal album can ever have 5 stars. I came to these reviews out of curiosity; I really wanted to see how much a banal band, stale from the obsessive repetition of spoiled goods made with a mold for selling, could be overrated... I almost prefer brutal metal; at least they don’t sell out like this cheerful brawl of pseudo-musicians.

Well, if for you the comment "Giovanni is an asshole" doesn't seem stupid: -cheap provocateurs who don't like metal-, and "Oh, the Maiden have sold 70 million records" so what the fuck does that mean? It's fine that Britney Spears and the Spice Girls have sold more, what the fuck does this metric mean? We need to see if the quality matches the millions of records! If you don't think it's a stupid comment, go ahead. I do, and I felt the need to respond to him. And now, enough anyway... Goodbye.

I've already drawn my conclusions, don't worry. It’s a pity that one can't express their point of view without upsetting people who perhaps could use a touch more self-criticism and flexibility. Anyway, I'm starting to get bored staying here justifying my comments, so goodbye until next time.
