Defining them as jazz seems quite misleading to me... perhaps they go overboard with experimentation... they also released a really nice concert on DVD...

I only say that you like to critique or appreciate things you have nothing to do with... it's easy to shout masterpiece for a film like Amarcord that everyone has walked over... calling this objectivity just because everyone has written masterpiece next to Amarcord is superficial truth... in that context, keep in mind that you have nothing to do with it, that what you can say is merely chatter, you don’t belong to that world you admire... we are in 2008... that’s all, and I don't want to say it in an offensive tone... I would like to know which films you consider masterpieces in the last 3 years... so that if I know them, I will share my thoughts. Otherwise, I will get them if time and means allow... bye bye

The writings are gold on black and you can't see a thing.... I thought Phil Elvrum had stepped back to work with The Microphones and during that time they were quite prolific... I believe there's very little from The Microphones in Debaser... if I have time and especially the desire, I'll review something...
