I fully agree with the judgment, but the review is... meh, I don't really like it much.

polletti, your link isn't working for me... well, it's not that I care much, but still. Maybe send it to me again in a private message, so I don't forget it... bye and a motto for the weekend: "stop putting on airs"... interpret it as you wish.

But then, come on, with all due respect, it's a movie from the '70s, please. Seeing as you consider yourself a film expert, go review movies from 30 years ago, ones that have probably been talked and talked about (I assume, but I don't even intend to look into it)???? But if it pleases you, I think I will watch it.. if I don't like it though, you'll have to binge-watch the last 5 De Sica and Boldi films consecutively!!!

And I don't consider myself ignorant in the field of cinema either; I watch a lot of films, and I do it out of my own interest, not to show off. It could be that I don't give a damn about knowing the names of actors, directors, or any bullshit like that. I hate when someone asks, "But in this film is there by any chance blablabla?" "This film is by blablabla." A painting is something you look at, study, etc., and for the rest, I couldn't care less. And just because it's in your good graces, should I feel guilty for not knowing this kulosawa??

I don't see the shit you're talking about. No matter how socially engaged you are, I can't understand it... I think it's a great film, fun, with beautiful scenery, talented actors and costumes, and what matters most is the serenity and light-heartedness with which one watches it. Chill out. Your Kurosawa (or similar) — I don’t even know who the hell that is; should I feel like an ignorant jerk for that? Let’s put it on the Pozzetto level... I can grasp what you can’t even stand about Pozzetto, and besides, just take a look at those Polish bricks (just saying) that are proof against amphetamines.

It's been a while since I last bought Il Mucchio. Besides Miss Violetta, has she also made it to the cover???
