dEUS No More Soda For Clarence (Demo Disc)

Even the demo, Zurk is right, we are like Star Trek fans :) Dear Jim, I appreciated the "layman" approach and the review; I didn't understand the reason for the tracks being out of order, but now that I've read the comments, I get it. Nevertheless, despite its "poetical" side, I found it a bit cold, you know? A bit schematic perhaps, even though that "inebria l'occipitale" is fantastic. A beautiful demo because it contains two songs, among the best by dEUS, unfortunately now hard to find, I'm talking about "Zea" and "Violins and Happy Endings," the latter being distinctly better in the official version. It also highlights the great production work that Peter Vermeersch did at the time with Worst Case Scenario, an album with a perfect sound (beyond the music I love), beautiful for dEUS.

As soon as I'm alone in the office, I also give a listen to the samples. Because ever since I've been listening to samples on DeBaser, the quality of my life has improved significantly - Campagna Sample 2006 -

Well done, Giorgio. I'm stuck on In Between, which I consider a great album, even though it’s easy to misinterpret, as you mention in the review. In this regard, I warn you that Punisher will probably come by to call you a trendy clubber just because you listen to Jazzanova.

What a gem this album is...really. Tonight I'm decorating the house for a celebration and I'm putting it on.

I want to see you on the little island with your bamboo underwear and coconut hat, annoying the hell out of everyone with the usual ten records. We could call them "The ten records you're willing to hate, if you ever brought them to a deserted island."

They are two different records, Berchem and Trap, later combined into a single album (which, in a stroke of genius, they called "Berchem Trap") by cutting some tracks from each. I can’t tell you why, probably they were selling so much separately that they tried to limit sales by making just one. These indie musicians are never satisfied. P.S. I signed up too, damn.
McLusky Mcluskyism

odradek..I wouldn't want to seem vain :D Peli culici would fit perfectly with these characters, very (self)ironic and almost absurd in their lyrics. It's a real shame they split up. Kosmo, I read the news in the Blow Up website, if I'm not mistaken. The band that the guitarist and drummer will form is supposed to take inspiration from the sound of Mclusky, at least that's what it says on the Too Pure label's site.
