more and more CocoJosi_. I listened to the album, really nice, delicate and unique, just like them. In fact, I'm going to vote for it now... (I had that little blue trumpet too when I was a kid)

Leonard Cohen New Skin for the Old Ceremony
Voto:
It's too long for my taste, but impeccable. Among the artists who have paid tribute to this great poet is Cobain, in a line from "Pennyroyal Tea": "Give me a Leonard Cohen afterworld, so I can sigh eternally."
Manic Street Preachers The Holy Bible

Is it a review of a Manic Street Preachers album or a monograph on Richey James?
AA.VV. We're A Happy Family - A Tribute To Ramones
Voto:
Yes, nice review... a bit long perhaps. Sure, these AA.VV. have released a lot of albums, huh? :)))
McLusky The Difference Between Me And You Is That I'm Not On Fire
Voto:
Welcome. I liked the review, I've been listening to it for a while too... and the differences from "Do Dallas" that you highlighted are all there. This sounds darker, as if the hard historical period we are going through has taken away the desire to joke even from Mclusky. Recommended to everyone.
Shellac At Action Park
Voto:
Shellac is not a brand, it's the English name for Gum Arabic, a resin obtained from the droppings of an insect that lives in India, dissolved in alcohol it’s an old treatment for polishing furniture... what a culture, huh? :)))
My Bloody Valentine Isn't Anythying
Voto:
Beautiful easycure! Perfectly described. I have almost everything by My Bloody Valentine, including the first album "This Is Your Bloody Valentine", which is definitely inferior to this one and to that masterpiece "Loveless". There are also a couple of really good EPs worth digging up, namely "Geek" released in '85, or "Glider" from '90. In the early days, they sounded really different. The "darker edge" was also due to the voice of the former singer whose name I can't remember, much better with the delicate voice of Bilinda Butcher. 5 out of 5. :)
