I didn't say: "it's crap because it doesn't fit the genre," but rather, "I don't like it because it doesn't fit the genre"... so what? My opinion isn't an imposition or a critique towards those who appreciate it; it's just a personal view. An opinion that certainly doesn't stem from a limitation in my ability to appreciate something outside the box, but rather from a different foundational culture, one made of harmony and balance. Madness? Yes, but in balance. Innovation? Sure, but in balance. Aesthetic taste, beauty, the right fit. And for me (and I emphasize this), the voice doesn't match here.
