Tazenda Tazenda Reunion Live

The page is undoubtedly pleasant, but I would be keen to expand on the concepts you expressed (notably point 2 of Post #3), perhaps also in relation to the controversial and much-debated reunion, which, just like the separation, was likely the result of an evaluation that did not ignore purely economic speculations: nothing wrong with that [they won't be the first, and I don't think they'll be the last to do so]. However, it should be emphasized that, as an artistic group, I believe there can be no doubt on that front, they were definitively finished. Let me also add that personally, I have never particularly appreciated their sonic "research," often mostly composed of superficial references to island musical culture rather than a genuine exploration within it: in other words, the art of musical "both-sides-ism" taken to its understandable consequences. On the solo front, Parodi did attempt the card of "pure" tradition and regionalism, also thanks to his gifted and appreciable voice, but even in that context, everything, I may be mistaken, seemed to me like mere recycling of aesthetic-musical canons that had already been widely explored (I must clarify that I did not listen to the album with Elena Ledda). Then, I do not dispute that it could be enjoyable and/or that it had, for a certain period, quite a following beyond merely regional borders. God (or whoever it may be) decided to take him prematurely, so we will never know if the embryo could have blossomed into something more concrete. Lastly, to return to Tazenda, in my opinion, Dettori's voice is not to be overlooked. Quite the opposite. You have rightly pointed out the haphazard packaging of their recent works. I won’t bore you any further. O'-rvùàr.

The album with which I met them. Spectacle! Rather not.

Pretentious record and indeed quite tasteless for a group that has always been distinguished by bringing too much musical smoke and very little digestible roast (let alone). UH!

Oh Justice! Let's not go down that road! The de-link in the kasapaggina is definitely there and is sufficiently visible (rather than not). Kribbio! Or would you, by any chance, want to argue about the possible dimension? The dimension (it's well known) is not important: what matters is the "content." Orkokan!

How is it that "the only successful piece/that saves the album" are two ["Taksim Blues" and/or "Bomba Boomerang"]? Which one? Both? Neither? The mystery of faith.

Dear Monsieur UH-UH (like the glue?), I shall tell you: the fact that you find my (embarrassing) proposals embarrassing doesn’t embarrass me (nothing personal, mind you) not even a bit. Each person finds embarrassing what they deem right and appropriate. I found it embarrassing perhaps because when they published such a historic cornerstone "niù-grunge," I had long since passed the threshold of fourteen/fifteen years (that is, the favored target of the group in question) and I had had enough of the same pseudo-grunge over my (then) thick hair. Lastly: you must know that Mr. Reviewer Cornelio and I are (moderately) acquainted/friends: hence, my "embarrassed" intervention should be read and understood also and above all with a big smile plastered on my face: in other words, yes, I’m (a little) joking around. Got it? O'-rvùàr. Indeed: UH!

I haven't listened to the album either, but I trust it (rather than not).

Well, of course, for Cornell to sing the (moderate) praises of a group like Silverchair would seem like an artistic/temporal short circuit that’s no laughing matter. Not at all. Anyway, I honestly remember them as quite embarrassing (to say the least). Moreover, I wanted to emphasize that a sprinkle of Stone(tempolpailots) seems excessive as a definition: it is well known to many that these guys (especially in the first two L.P.) were true clones/carbon copies of Alice In Chains. By the way: Silver(also known as)chair?!?
