CULURZONES in the Campidanese way. Ingredients for the Dough: 400g of White Flour, Salt, Water. Ingredients for the Filling: 700g Potatoes, 200g Fiscidu (Pecorino Cheese in Brine), 1 Tablespoon of Lard, 2 Onions, Garlic, Fresh Mint. Preparation: prepare the dough with water, flour, and a little salt. Boil the potatoes. Sauté in lard a mixture of garlic, onion, and mint. Pass the potatoes through a potato ricer, mix in the sautéed ingredients and the grated cheese, and fill the ravioli. Season with fresh tomato and a sprinkle of grated pecorino. Enjoy your meal.

The last book I read by Gibson was (too many years ago) "Virtual Light," which, indeed, didn't strike me as captivating as the aforementioned (fantastic) "Neuromancer." Perhaps I tried to get into the subsequent "Idoru," but I hardly remember anything about it: the power of the melted-down, scattered single neuron, I suppose. Excellent DePagina (as usual). But why bother telling him that.
