PANE FRATTAU - Ingredients: Pane carasau, tomato sauce, garlic, onion, sheep broth, a poached egg, grated pecorino. Preparation: immerse the sheets of Pane Carasau in salted water (or broth) for a few moments. Place them directly on a plate or serving dish as follows: one layer of sauce and pecorino, one layer of pane carasau, one layer of sauce and pecorino, one layer of pane carasau, and so on, finishing with the poached egg, on top of which you'll add a generous layer of sauce and a hearty sprinkle of pecorino. Ingrandisci questa immagine Notes: the original pane carasau is very thin but holds its cooking better than the slightly thicker version usually found in supermarkets. To bring the water to a boil, use a medium-height pot but with a wide opening. Take a piece of pane carasau and immerse it in the water with a slotted spoon, keeping it on the spoon even in the water; after a few seconds it starts to soften, and after about 40 seconds it has the right consistency to be removed and seasoned. Remember, it shouldn't turn into a mush: the bread should soften but maintain its structure. Prepare the dishes with a maximum of three layers of pane carasau.

Given that Mr. Michele Patton behind the microphone is almost always worth the ticket price, among the thousand-and-one projects he has been involved in over the last 25 years, this Tomahawk - despite the "big names" involved, or perhaps because of it - seems to me the most "ordinary," ergo the least interesting.

Sister Geo@Geo@Geo@Geo, I wouldn't know if such an urbanely naked shred - Live version and/or Studio - can be placed among the fifty-fifty songs of the infinite Geimsbondsauntrex, but I would say that if there had been one, it would be the most beautiful of them all. Now Vùàr.

Ostia! But what has come back to my (empty) mind: the archaic beginning of the Fifth Angel.. I also notice that to this day the DeRecensa of the second (and last) album is still missing in DeDatabaser. It’s really true: the Medal DeRecensors of the past are no longer around. Ohibò.

Honestly, all this "darkitude" (not even conceptually) doesn't resonate with me. Or rather, not so far from what I've felt before. At a first listen, it struck me as a convulsive maelstrom of technotronic lapilli mixed with crazy fractals. Excellent, ça va sans dire, as always. Auf Wiedersehen.

Frankly, the latest Neurosis leave me completely indifferent (even the penultimate ones, to be fair), and I wouldn't even know exactly who this Tounvanzand is, therefore I know Uino more by name than by actual familiarity: this does not prevent me from always being pleasantly struck by His always abundant, thus vigorous DePagine. Mersì bocù & Or Vuar. As usual.

But, I don't know. (Almost) Everyone is excited about this new album from Mioinsanguinatovalentino superfuoritempomassimo: to be honest, I wasn't thrilled even by the predecessor back then. Maybe I'll give it a listen on the tube. Maybe not. Or Vuar.

"Auanna Rock" by Twisted Sister remains a cornerstone of musicology from the Pleistocene onwards.
