Honestly, I remember them, but very vaguely.
Maybe Carlo Massarini played them on "Mr. Fantasy" a thousand years ago.
I think they weren't actually that bad, but they seemed too "normal" for me to include them in the elite of my repeated listens.
I remember a lot more about Dead Or Alive, who were more or less their contemporaries (or a little later).
And it's not necessarily a positive thing.

Wow!
It really looks ultramegadoometalapocalyptic.
But, I ask you, isn't it a bit too Pop for my refined Tastes?
Maybe I'll give it a try and then (maybe) I'll tell you.

The only thing I'm not clear about is who this "Emiliano" is? But Carlo Cimmino (commonly known as Cimmino Carlo) is not aware of it?

If the Finnish DeGruppo had called such a magnificent work (which I do not know, and given the indicated paradigms, I don't think I will delve into) with the title "Tanzi," it would have been the non plus ultra [an inscription traditionally placed on the pillars of Hercules and later became a proverbial motto], hence an absolute must for generations to come. And instead, here we are chatting about the banal "Provvidentia." These Scandinavians really have very little fantasy: oh well!

Let's say that doing worse than the previous one was (essentially) impossible. This new one, from the mere point of view of the execution's brutality & style, undoubtedly sets things right, or almost. From what I've half-listened to, with kicks (in the teeth) and hungry bites, I must say that once I noticed the percentage of intrinsic violence, it also bored me (quite a bit) over the course of the first two or three tracks: but maybe it's just me who no longer wants to listen to (new) albums of this kind [which "artistically" seems mostly dead and buried for at least the last twenty-five years]. One of these days, maybe between the evening of the 24th and the morning of the 25th, I'll perhaps "load" it in the car and then see if it can change my mind.

Accidempolo: I can't remember if I liked Tamikrest or Tinariwen more.
I definitely recall that one of the two entities pleased me greatly.
But my one semi-functioning neuron is currently (and always) unable to tell the two apart.

Unfortunately, they never ignited in me the [definitive] spark that would have made them transition from curious (distracted) listening to (intensive) interested listening.
But it’s me who, as we know, is a barren bumpkin.
