Am I remembering incorrectly, or was the bonus track some sort of speech by Noam Chomsky? But maybe, actually definitely, I'm remembering wrong.

Malloreddus alla carlofortina with tuna and cherry tomatoes:
Ingredients (for two people)
150 g of very fresh tuna
200 g of malloreddus (Sardinian gnocchetti)
150 g of ripe Sardinian cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of Genoese pesto
A few basil leaves
Chili pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Salt
Preparation
Clean the fresh tuna by removing the skin and bones, then cut it into chunks.
Wash the ripe cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
Finely chop the chili pepper (if desired) and the fresh basil.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook the malloreddus (Sardinian gnocchetti). Meanwhile, sauté the clove of garlic and the chili pepper in a pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil; when they start to sizzle, add the tuna and cook over high heat for a few minutes.
When the tuna is cooked (be careful not to let it dry out too much), immediately turn off the heat, remove the garlic, and add the cherry tomatoes.
Drain the malloreddus and toss them with the tuna, the cherry tomatoes, and two tablespoons of Genoese pesto.
Mix well and serve the malloreddus alla carlofortina with tuna and fresh cherry tomatoes, garnishing with the chopped basil.

In the past, DeRecense with more than *150 lines* were swallowed by the Electronic DeCervellone of DeBaser to be spat out beyond the BlackHole in the galaxy of Alpha Centauri.
Evidently the DeBug has been fixed.
Unfortunately.
Or fortunately.
Depending on the DeTastes.

I feel like I've heard these mentioned before. Besides having heard (and seen) them live a few dozen kilometers from the wrecking bar, eons ago. Sob!

I would have preferred a dissertation on Filippo Santonastaso.
But you can't have everything from (grama) vitae.

So, in summary, when it happens, you could also take a look. In your spare time, of course. Personally, when I want to further delve into what fascism really was in Italy during the '30s and '40s (because I fear that many "nostalgics" today don’t have a clear idea of what it was), I have a chat with my grandma: she lived it firsthand and saw it with her own eyes. By the way, my grandfather worked for a while at Avanti! when it was actually being directed by the national Benitone. And that's all I've got to say.
