THE REVIEW

The sound of paralysis, or rather almost paralysis, because deep down you can still move and even think a little, but only a little, mind you!
It's the sound of detachment, the soul trying to leave the body behind, leaving behind the torment; yes, too bad you can't actually do it. Anyway, you try to do it and move beyond: post, post-hardcore in this case.
The bass really aims to strip bare and inhibit. Comfortably Numb said Pink Floyd, but the "comfortably" has been left at home here. Even the psychedelia, which Neurosis takes care of, but not Breach. This is pure and essential post-hardcore, and there's also groove. Especially in this EP, or rather I'll say more: listening to Hardly Longer Reality even makes you sway your hips in time, dancing happily, as much as that might be feasible.

Godbox should translate as "Box of God," will there be the elixir inside?
