Well, given the amount of resentment, more or less veiled, that shines through, I’m doing a bit of self-reflection for having somehow involved you in something that was supposed to be light and, perhaps, a little foolish... it wasn’t intended to be disrespectful to YOUR WORK nor to you as reviewers (since I, and not just I, consider you among the best on the site). I didn’t think you would feel so offended... oh well, it might be that I’ve gotten used to much worse things over time, so I didn’t mean to ignite your sensitivity (which, mind you, on "things of this nature," is never a good sign... in my humble opinion).
This means that at the next FestaDeBaser in July, I’ll treat you each to a pint of Ceres Chiara. :-)))))))

If the reviewers had REALLY been the subject of the review (which is, by the way, a silly thing given the anonymity that characterizes us all and sterile - for what purpose -), I wouldn’t have done something based on the WORDS USED by the reviewers, which is a different thing. To do something like you say, I would have had to start with a little story like: "In the HAL of a Sardinian hotel, one day SYMBAD arrived with a load of ODRADEK that everyone wanted to know what it was, including the devilish GABBOX in disguise who couldn’t wait to get his hands on John’s PATMOS" etc. etc... until discussing an album (which I don’t know)... it was a cute idea but A DIFFERENT IDEA if you agree (which, by the way, would NEVER have passed through the "jaws" of the editors, rightly...). A piece of advice Hal and everyone else: take it a bit lightly because there’s nothing to get worked up about and I haven’t robbed or offended anyone, it seems to me... ;-)))

I listen to everything I DON’T review + everything I DISLIKE in the comments of reviews like this. Now, get a little creative because there’s a tiiiiny slice (which isn’t that tiny after all) left out :-))))))

A bit too "live commentary" to be a comprehensive review... too bad because the album is nice. The double DVD "Puta Fever" is also great, featuring the band's story and live performances. Rating 3 for the review, 4 for the album, and 5 for the DVD even though it doesn't quite fit in. :-)))

Well... maybe I didn't quite convey the idea, El Guevo... the fact that in the review "there's no substance" and that this very review is made, as I've already stated, from excerpts TAKEN FROM OTHER REVIEWS written by SERIOUS AND GOOD REVIEWERS (all reviews, by the way, that have made it to Serie A, just to complete the picture) was meant to be a "subtle irony" on the fact that there are reviews that DON'T WANT TO SAY A BLESSED THING (like this one for example) that seem sophisticated and intelligent in form, indeed, but that, when it comes down to it, SAY NOTHING (as you rightly pointed out...).
A slight sarcasm that I evidently didn't convey well, or that you, unlike symbad_bass., didn't pick up "between the lines"... oh well... don't worry. I take this opportunity to bump Sakamoto's score up a little because he probably deserves a bit more... :-))))))

But what if we all agreed NOT TO COMMENT on a completely unclassifiable thing like this?!?! For the next Korn review, I'm going to request the press release directly from ANSA... I’m not voting.

Me too... for a couple of weeks now, I've started to beat up my friends, disdain my wife, and tell my mother to go f*** herself... I even dream of actually having a dog!! Isn’t this crazy web world strange, huh?!

This is also quite a dilemma... and if I had accidentally named myself "The Lovely," would I have written the same things?! Isn't this crazy web world strange?!
