I heard it, and the Beck touch is clearly felt from start to finish. However, the innovations of the early Beck of Mellow Gold, Odelay, or Mutations (even Sea Change, but that one perhaps represented a brief interlude) were something else entirely... now he seems a bit fossilized in his enclosure which, let it be clear, is waaaay broader than that of many Great Artists his contemporaries. The choice NOT to vote, leaving the responsibility to comments, honestly seems like a half-hearted cowardice to me, a bit like saying "I fear I might get the insults from the debaserioti, so I'll see how the majority votes and then I'll jump on the bandwagon"... NOT GOOD Kid A, really embarrassing.
