I started getting to know Beck with this album, which I actually didn't mind, as it blends together hip hop, rock, samba, psychedelia, post-rock, ballads, oro saiwa, and vin brulè. Then he got stuck in a loop (except for a couple of albums). NO... giving it a 1 is unfair! This album deserves at least a 3/4!!! The review is quite hemorrhoidal... the more it tries to push, the less interesting stuff comes out!

Booh, it seems to me like a pretty unfounded controversy after all... a script that's been seen and overused by both reviewers and commentators. Too bad that enrybaxx took it so much to heart, after all his reviews were interesting and explored uncharted waters. Well, after Odradek, JohnOfPatmos is leaving another historic signature of the more cultivated debaser, but I wonder and say: ...WHAT THE HELL?! in 3 months he’ll be back, come on... you’ll see if it’s not like that... :-)))
