No... the benefits of jogging at 8 in the morning are that apart from 3 old men, there is no sign of human presence. And this energizes me for the whole day. I gave an extra star because, getting lazy, the track made me slow down and in the end... walk (instead of run). It deserved it, didn't it? :-)
