You’re probably right, Danverlaine, but I must confess that I wrote this review four and a half years ago, at the tender age of 16 and a half... and despite the exaggerations, the inevitable mistakes, and the adolescent fervor that oozes profusely from those words, reading it again moves me, and I’ll tell you that, at the age I wrote it, I really couldn’t have done any better. Oh Boss, you didn't direct the comment to me, so I wasn't obliged to respond to you regarding that! I simply read the review and expressed my opinion on the alleged filosinistromangiabambinismo of the Nomadi. As for the Sorrisi&Cazzoni issue, I can also agree that the Nomadi don't practice as well as they preach, but in any case, whether it’s a little chat or not, it doesn’t seem to me that this is the biggest dilemma currently plaguing the Italian music scene.

I can't find any sentence in the excerpts you mentioned that Bertinotti might have retracted. The Nomadi have always approached political themes in a straightforward but never rhetorical manner. I've never heard them express compliments towards Berlusca and the like; rather, it seems to me that they have a particular eye for the political situations in countries where public information is often too reticent, just think of "Ricordati di Chico" or "Salvador." Then, I don't understand what you find scandalous in "C'è un re": in my opinion, it's nothing more than a bitter acknowledgment that certain "tales" of the cruel king that we tell children or read in history books are not really that far from reality.
