Well, anyway finding the records shouldn't be such a desperate task; just send him an email (you can find it on his website) and you should be able to work something out... anyway, I'll let him know that the listening link isn't working. As for the samplers, I'll get to it as soon as I can (I plan to manage it within a week).

But I remember that last year it was put on sale together with "TV Sorrisi e Canzoni." Who knows what Faber would have thought about the idea that these pieces would be downloadable as ringtones for cell phones... AAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!!

Well, at least I would save "Organized Tours" almost in its entirety, from there on...

The review is a bit brief, but it’s all very true. I invite you once again to visit Scaruffi's website to enjoy his opinion on Bjork, read, read how this expert handles her...
Fabrizio De André In direzione ostinata e contraria
Voto:
I agree with the business operation (which I'm quite fed up with), but if it's about introducing Fabrizio to young people who might be venturing into his territory for the first time with this album, then I welcome this compilation as well.

Now, a few clarifications are needed. I collaborate (somewhat casually) with a radio station (Voce Camuna) that, operating at a strictly local level and having no commercial goals, is able to explore music from local musicians. Therefore, I often come into contact with people (and there are many) who are interested in having their CDs played on the radio. Since this is more or less a hobby, I can afford to maintain a critical sense of judgment, even toward people I know personally. I don't like all the records from these folks, and I don't always speak positively about everything that comes my way, because, indeed, I have my intellectual honesty to defend, and I certainly won't throw it in the trash just because I sent four reviews to DeBaser about an unknown artist to the rest of Italy who, in my CRITICAL opinion, deserves it (and who is not only valued by me but also by esteemed journalists and critics, such as those from Mucchio Selvaggio, Buscadero, and Jam). I'll leave the backdoor deals to the hacks of daily newspapers who write long articles praising characters that I find rather dull and inferior.
To Enea: as soon as I can (I'm currently out of the house and don’t have either the CDs or suitable software with me), I will leave some samples.
P.S.: For what it’s worth, I’m already happy to have sparked an intelligent discussion as well as a certain curiosity. Bye.
