It's interesting to note how your observations on this performance are - as far as I can remember - practically the opposite of those of the author of one of the earliest biographies of good Kurdt ("Come as you are - Vieni come sei"). I confess that I've never picked up on all this "latent anger" in this album.. but it’s, indeed, a matter of impressions and feelings and, as such, they vary depending on who experiences them. Anyway, I agree with what il trucido said: the best anplaggd remains that of the AIC! Ciao

..mm..I don't think Vasco could boast much in terms of billions in the bank at the time this album was released. Not to mention, he was struggling hard to find stages to perform on. So, if I were you, I wouldn't get too caught up in the character of Vasco that you see today on Lucignolo Bella Vita (hey guys! I'm your DJ of the night!.. I'll be waiting for you this evening!! Don't miss it!!!). That said, the review is well-written and informed. I also agree with Metallaro Bionico: I'm not ashamed to say that at least until Liberi Liberi, Vasco made some good stuff even without being a crazily devoted fan. In my opinion, this is not a bad album, there were good ideas, the lyrics may not be written by Ibsen, but they don't seem to pale in comparison to many so-called "singer-songwriters" from our country that are prevalent in today's charts. Then again, who knows..

..I swear I don't want to be alternative at all costs and, indeed, I apologize if my comment might seem that way. I mean.. I hear a ton of melody in this album!!! Honestly, it doesn’t seem like this endless madness to me.. Maybe because I approached this album expecting something extremely violent, like "Sadistic Executioner," and instead I found a wealth of ideas, creativity, and talent that I haven’t felt in years!! Sure, there are some truly trippy and mind-blowing parts.. but I wouldn't say that’s the aspect that struck me the most about this album! And anyway, it’s very true what you say: you never get tired of listening to it!! Well done! Absolutely brilliant!!

..mmm..sorry for the question: "Radio Lupo Solitario" ring any bells?!? Anyway, back when I was cool, I must have seen these guys live two or three hundred times at beer festivals, town fairs, parties, and just parties... and every time it was a big mess!!... and those who sang something like (damn!!..it must have been over ten years ago! my memory is starting to fail!!) "Era lì era lì era lì..era lì che piangevaaaaaaa..ma che cazzo haiiii???", who were they?!?..the Angeli, maybe?!?..oh man, I used to like them a lot!! Look, I won't rate the album, but for the review, I'll give you a 5 amarcord!!
