..uhm..I'm afraid I haven't been clear. As I mentioned in the previous comment, I consider your opinion not only highly respectable but also understandable and shareable. You are not the only one who doesn't appreciate this album; you are not the first to consider the Iron "overrated." My criticism was directed solely at the medium you chose to express it: a review (the sixth) of an album that has already been discussed from every angle, which sparked heated debates just weeks after its release, where detractors and supporters alike have fought more than enough, I believe. It is absolutely right (and necessary) that everyone has the opportunity to voice their thoughts... but there are also simple comments for that. If a review comes out for every opinion... well... "the situation ends up going to hell" (quote - I made the same argument to Bisius in his review of Alter Bridge). I acknowledge that you have shown a certain courage in expressing your opinion. Had you done so four or five reviews ago, I would have even given you a nice score! Bye.

"This is my first review, so forgive any spelling mistakes, mostly due to my inexperience"...inexperience with Italian?!?..or with proofreading?!?..Dear elfacet, you expressed your "opinion" - obviously very respectable - with about fifteen lines of dissertation. With a bit of summarizing skill, we could have gotten it down to ten.. Don't you think that perhaps a simple comment - on one of the other 5 already present - would have sufficed?!?

..if I’m not mistaken, I had this one and the following "Just A Face In The Crowd" recorded on a vinyl cassette.. let’s just say the audio quality was something to behold!!.. the fact that I had practically totally forgotten about it makes me fear I didn’t appreciate it much.. anyway: in the next few days I’ll try to dig out that little cassette and I’ll rate the album too! Between the patronal festival in the mountains and the story of the truck idling, though, I’d say you really deserved that good rating for the review! Bye!
