Good action movie. Then you compare it to the original story and you kind of get annoyed...

Well... I just don't get you. You started off great, but lately it seems like you're progressively losing it. If I understood correctly, you sent a one-sentence review to vent your frustrations, it wasn't published, and now you're even talking about censorship?! I don't want to be the champion of the site (which certainly doesn't need modest musketeers like me), but I genuinely wonder what other site would have published, without batting an eye, say, your previous review on Natas, where for three-quarters of it you talked about how you spent Easter Monday... I haven't read the review. The introduction and the conclusion were enough for me.

...and how many reviews does Michieletto send?!? ONE at a time? NOOO! TWO at a time?! NOOO!! THREE at a time?!? YAAAS! Good job Michieletto, I've never seen a user more "rock"!:D!

"Freak" is definitely the term that best fits this album. If you translate it into its more outrageous connotation, I think it’s even better. To be honest, I don't go crazy for it, but every now and then I enjoy giving it a listen... eic o pipi uai, eic o pipi uaiii...

May Odin bless your ability to feel and the effectiveness of your pages. In less than 20 lines, you made me want to revisit it.

:DD! It's true! Tony Scott always ends up being the Malaussène of directors: as soon as there's some sequence between the hyperkinetic and the clip-like where you can't make heads or tails of it, he comes to mind! By the way, digging through his filmography, among the pigeon droppings (Top Gun, Revenge, and Domino), you can also find a few treats: Miriam wakes up at midnight, The Last Boy Scout (I remember it being quite cheeky..) Man On Fire was the one with Denzel as the bodyguard, they kidnap a blonde girl and he goes crazy to free her?!? If it's him, it's not too shabby! The scene with the fingers being cut off with the shears is awesome!! :DDD!

lately I write like a 5-year-old child... I hope my comment made some sense... who knows!

One of my all-time favorite movies: I know many criticize it for being overly "music video-like," but in my opinion, this is completely offset by the overall quality of the work. I mean, we’re not talking about Tony Scott here, for heaven’s sake.. Every now and then I rewatch some scenes for "therapeutic" purposes. The ending, then, is splendid. In short: it's a 5 for me, for life. @kosmo: finally, I find someone who liked Tree of Life! So, I didn’t like it at all.. poetic and visionary as I like, but, as muito said, "pretentious and confusing," and, above all, at some points so New Age it borders on ridiculous. Please, I'm super curious to hear the opinion of someone who liked it!

..mmm... I think I wrote "in the car" too few times in the previous comment. I'll fix that right away: "in the car," "in the car"...
