Kosmo, you know as well as I do that there is no "criteria." There have always been comments like "why is this not in HP?" or "why is that one not among the Cases?" It's like Sfascia says: in the end, it depends on the sensitivity of the individual editor, especially with particular and/or personal writings like the ones you mentioned. The alternative is to put everything to a vote, and you know that’s not possible.

Well... Back then I had read the first two cycles of Shannara: basically 6-7 books, each one the photocopy of the other, each one the rough draft of the previous one, all the rough draft of a summary of The Lord of the Rings, and all of them bored me to death. They even recommended the Lsndover cycle to me, but my urologist prohibited it.
