I was unaware: I self-imposed 30 lashes on my back, kneeling on hot pork rinds. Now I must have it! Thank you, great tip and great review.

Oh my... degregorius... but do you really think that the Prince you claim to love so much would have turned to Battiato for a famous arrangement if he didn't love him like all of us do...?

too much of a Fossati fan to be objective, I'll admit that (and maybe everyone should do the same with their idols...), but I believe that Fossati from the early '80s to today is undoubtedly the most innovative and interesting singer-songwriter in the Italian scene (and perhaps beyond) (if you think about it, from '86 onwards, Conte, Faber, and all the others had already said and given their best).

It's all in good fun, of course: I'm a connoisseur of all the "blood of Christ" that you produce in Tuscany, that's obvious, but we have to pretend to challenge each other in order to drink more...

And let’s go for a wine-themed duel!! The good Faber was from Zena, so surely he was a bit stingy. Like all the Genovese, he certainly wasn’t unaware of having Mr. Piemonte behind him. And it's well known that he had a passion for the Sardinian lands. So, before getting into the excellent (and somewhat deceitful) Tuscany, he would have surely indulged in some Vermentino or Pigato, good and affordable (though increasingly less so...) or, turning a bit, Gavi or Cortese, right up to Timorasso. Then, if he craved something red, and didn’t want to stick just to Cannonau, Barbera d'Asti was probably very close, just as close were the Dolcetti from Ovada and Acqui. But he certainly wouldn’t have shied away from diving into the mists of Pavese to smell Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, and maybe even Barolo... (and I’ve said my piece) (primiballi.blogspot.com)

confused, in the artery of musical memories, "stars" with "I would like." I ask for forgiveness, and at least on my blog (primiballi.blogspot.com) I will correct it... anyway, just so you know, "up in the hills" means something (new album...?)?

@kid_A: all true, except for DeAndré's "arringare le folle," which (for now) I don't contest, but I would like to understand better.

@evil: true. but she really didn't do it... I seem to remember her (what did she do about "love, death and...?" )... could it be the artery...?
