Dario Argento Profondo Rosso

They are both films that, without spending too many lire, focus on the environment and suggestions...: that's what I wanted to say. Then, personally, I couldn't give a preference (I love both of them very much): both have a solid screenplay, perfect sets, and wonderful soundtracks. And both are acted out poorly in a provincial way (which, paradoxically, isn't a bad thing) (primiballi.blogspot.com)

the record has always been beautiful...: it’s us who were "little bastards," like all young people...: wonderfully little bastards...

everything perfect (except for immarcescibile....come on...)

one of his best, absolutely, although, in my opinion, the review is definitely overdosed with enthusiasm... (the earlier ones, in my view, are all better). If nothing else, it’s the film that marks the distance - and the transition - between the golden period and the slow, inexorable decline (progressive, with the pale exceptions of "trauma" and "io non ho sonno" which had something decent).

A film of immense suggestion, very much a homegrown Italian work, but with great talent. Comparable, in terms of anguish, to "La casa dalle finestre che ridono," a masterpiece by Avati. I agree with some flaws...especially one: can a film that is fundamentally acted poorly enter the annals of cinema? "Profondo rosso" and "Star Wars," on vastly different grounds, demonstrate that it is possible.

a definitely unmissable record, of two of my heroes (and which I have regrettably lost so far, but I will make amends) I remain perplexed about your expressive style, but it is certainly my boring old age... so don't mind me. Excellent recommendation and review, however, more than good.

I find this album personally still beautiful. It alternates outstanding pieces with more modest ones, but never anything completely ugly. I look for mistakes when you talk about it as an author: JC is a pure interpreter, often cited as an example as the Icon (along with Mina and a few others) of Interpretation, as the true Prophet of Covers.

@vista: have you ever seen Zelig (before the name was used by the nice Milanese venue decades ago and ruined by the troiata television in recent years)? If you’ve seen it and don’t see the genius, well... no big deal, but we have very different ideas about genius...
Oasis (What's The Story) Morning Glory?

It's obvious that peace, yes (I've never argued with anyone...) but I believe I haven't been unpleasant, I simply refuse both to embrace an idea I don't share (how great the Oasis were, how beautiful the 90s) and to post things like "everything is shit," "fuck the Oasis and the 90s." I just try to explain my theses, that's all. Obviously, peace.

Yes... but failing to distinguish between an initial period and a "real" one (at least for Vasco and Ligabue) and a period of success and "contracts" is at least ungrateful.
