Agreed: what I wanted to "test" is that you are not one of those (and unfortunately there are many around here...) who think "if you're selling it, it means it sucks, and listen to this great record that only three of us know (and the reason we know it is because there are only three of us)...". Having established that you are not, I'm pleased and I find myself more in agreement with you than before (and I'm referring to the last three comments). The fear is always of running into someone who believes the Modena City Ramblers are superior to Guccini. So: before I engage, I check. For "Te" and not "te", pardon me... it's a professional deformation.

Sam is right: wonderful little mouse, who sings with the bernarda like no one else. A record to promote without thinking. Elements like this do good for humanity, and for humidity.

absolute respect, as absolute is the disagreement. Even the names you mentioned do not actually represent anything historically really new to me, or if it is partially so, it does not remain. Where are the Massive...? A separate discussion must be made about small/unknown musicians, but we are on pure subjectivity. I also know very talented people who refuse to perform and to present their stuff to producers/labels. Well... can we consider them "important"...? If so, based on what criteria...? The discussion is wide open, as you can see. And difficult.
Ivano Fossati Lindbergh (Lettere da sopra la pioggia)
Voto:
one of Fossati's best albums, even though it doesn't reach the perfection of Macramé and La Disciplina Della Terra (in my humble opinion). Still better than La Pianta Del Thè and Discanto. The others, of course and always for me, are slightly inferior. There are some absolutely stunning moments (La MAdonna Nera and Ci sarà). Unfortunately (or not...?) there was an explicit approval for the ulivesco use.

a record as weak as it is (artificially...??) hyped by the critics when it was released. There’s something inexplicable. I, with a few years under my belt, caught a whiff of a scam, and I downloaded it (even though I know it’s not right... oh well...) and I don’t regret saving those twenty euros... Stale and really stale. We hope for a rebirth...

Personally, for example, I consider the B-side of Abbey Road an absolute masterpiece, even in terms of overall construction (I know… Harrison and Lennon are involved too… but so what...). Anyway, I agree with El Guevo, who implicitly agreed with me.
Claudio Baglioni Oltre (Cd1-Cd2)
Voto:
grasshoper: I meant to suggest Panella precisely because in Oltre (let's remember what era it was!) Baglioni heavily relies on Panella's style, and quite poorly at that, even though the final result is better than many recent albums (the various io sono qui, sono io, and various egocentricities). Except, I reiterate, for Viaggiatore, a great album that deserves re-evaluation (and which, unfortunately, hasn’t influenced even the author...).

we pretty much agree on everything...: it's just that Yesterday, like Imagine by John, are, in my opinion, unreachable and unmatched commercial-quality peaks. Take Joe Jackson, for example, and the underrated complexity of a work like Night&Day II (despite the title). Well...: Macca hasn't even reached that level. But that doesn't matter. Paolo Conte is probably better (and more complex) than Battisti with Mogol, but...

If we consider Baglioni from Strada facendo onwards, it's undoubtedly his best work. If I were him, however, I would risk a collaboration on the lyrics (maybe Panella...???), an area where he doesn’t really shine (anymore...?).
