Beautiful album, I find myself listening to it more than I could have imagined...

The Gong! I mean: The Gong. Incredible, they drive me crazy... gray matter at play? Ahahahah... Do you want some camembert?

I love it, an unmatched record. A superb background for creative nights or bright morning sessions. Absolute. In my personal top 50 (and that's saying something!).

Bah...mediocre, always been mediocre in my opinion.
I've never listened to one of their songs more than once; maybe it's because during their peak (the '80s - when I was 8/10 years old) I was busy with a "too rock" dad, falling asleep to 70's stuff like King Crimson, Led Zeppelin, Gong, Arzachel, and various other things. Then every time I heard that synth echoing around, it gave me goosebumps, instinct...I don't know.
By the time I was 15, a lot of friends were dancing to that sappy song (I don’t remember the title), but by then I had already discovered too much ELSE to linger on them.
Zero originality, less than zero creativity, experimentation...what?
Calm, that's for sure. They've never harmed anyone and they're certainly not an insult.
But to consider them great...bah!
That takes a lot!!!
Oh...but tastes are tastes.
This album, to conclude, has such a mannerism that it's frightening. I would say it’s completely unlistenable to my ears.

Like, it’s one of the 10 albums I listen to the most? Like, when I play and listen to myself, I curse because I don’t play like that? Like, I love it? I’d say: like, it’s one of the best! Nice one, zion, it was really needed... I’ll drop "The Private Press" if and when I feel like doing a review ;)
