Yes, but is this Varg Vikernes more like Ivan Drago or Dragonheart?
Devendra Banhart Nino Rojo
Voto:
An immensely superior album to all its predecessors, there's an abyss, and you can see it, I assure you (even though they are all of high quality). "Nino rojo"... listening to "nino rojo" is like travelling back in time and witnessing the Monterey Festival of the late '60s. This guy is a wonder, and the fact that he has already produced a nice handful of works in a short time (just like they did in the '60s) confirms it, all of great substance. Keep an eye on him.

Ah, John. It's been a while since I've listened to him. I really should. Yeah, I should. I will. But you know... with all this new stuff around, it's hard. For sure, though, I've always appreciated him.

Johnny Cash American III: Solitary Man
Voto:
maximum respect for Uncle Johnny, without him I would surely have lived much poorer in spirit. The BEST of his kind, without a doubt. All these country lice that pop up like mushrooms from the prairies of Nebraska (or worse, from the basements of the big smoggy cities) just make me laugh. Maximum respect to Uncle Johnny. Cash, personally (with the necessary distinctions, of course), I place among the great historical figures of the 20th century, next to (for example) Dali and Bukowski. And I’ve said it all.
