Hyp.. I don’t know!?!?
David Bowie Aladdin Sane

A pinch more passion and a pinch fewer biographical notes. The album by those of Bowie is not my favorite.
Gentle Giant Interview

Well done VellutoGrigio. Excellent musical choices and a fluid, clear writing style.
Leonard Cohen Songs Of Love And Hate

What I like most about Grasshopper, besides the enormous variety of angles from which it "sees" a song, is the streak of irony that suddenly cuts through the air when things get too heavy... Cohen is a master and this album has a special quality...
Bruce Springsteen The River

Hi Iltiziana, welcome. I saw that you also like Live75-85. Here’s a curiosity: have you ever heard those "rockets" from The River live with the E-Street Band? Anyway, if I had to choose (of course, with a gun to my head!) between this and Born to Run, I'd probably take Born. Because it's more genuine and straightforward. But The River remains a fantastic journey through the America I love.
Nirvana In Utero

My judgment: a rock band with guts. Everything confirmed after 13 years since the release of this wonderful album.

Well, maybe I'm a relic of the '80s, but I completely relate to the review. I'm a bit less in agreement with the rating for the album, which barely exceeds a 3. Once again, there's a difference between having lived through those years (and thus certain songs, whether you like it or not, get under your skin when, like at 15, you have few defenses) and not having experienced them. For me, this album remains just two or three catchy tunes to whistle while dredging up memories.
Beastie Boys Paul's Boutique

Zion, Socrates... can you tell me what you think is the masterpiece of the Beastie Boys, and why?? On NouQuito I'm really sure now. I will write you a letter to truly thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul.
Miles Davis Kind Of Blue

This review really opened my eyes! Do you use this disc to hook up? Well, buddy... let me suggest "You Give Love a Bad Name" by Bon Jovi as well. It might not seem like it... but it gives you a huge boost!! That’s '80s stuff, not like these toxic remnants from the '90s...
The Byrds Younger Than Yesterday

True, the album is an icon. "Seminal" can easily be said in this case.
