You deliver beautiful pages, 123*.
I don't remember if I've ever listened to it, but it tempts me to do so.

Great page, great debut. It's a record I haven't listened to in a long time to express an opinion. I fear, like others I see, that the sound excessively betrays its eighties nature... However, I take this opportunity to repeat what I've said elsewhere. While considering R.S.'s production to be quite uneven (in terms of interest for my tastes), I've come back with respect: "Async" is remarkable.

Nice one too, you're effective: truly a great "purchase" for DeB. Back in the day, I liked them; I have the first 3 albums, then I lost track of them. Even though a nice little disc, 5 stars seem definitely excessive to me, about 3.5/4. P.S. the existing review doesn't seem to criticize them that much; it's simply by a less enthusiastic listener. - The comparison with the Pixies (which is indeed strange) I think is taken from the review of sentireAscltare. P.S. 2 it is considered a deplorable practice to rate (especially with the maximum) one's own little pages.
David Cronenberg Inseparabili

I haven’t read it, maybe I will read it, I feel probably an unusual attachment to this film, and I’ve never written about it precisely for this reason.
However, I will mention one small thing.
Jeremy Irons won the Oscar for Best Actor in 1991 for "Reversal of Fortune" (a rather mediocre film by Schroeder released the year before): in his usual acceptance speech, after receiving the statuette, do you know whom he thanked?
Against all custom, not the director of the film for which he won, but David Cronenberg, for having given him the opportunity, a couple of years earlier, to act in Dead Ringers.
And that's all I've got to say.
Amedeo Minghi La Breccia

Darling, I had written a long comment that seemed filled with tenderness and understanding, and it also contained a small, loving piece of advice. But the secret mechanisms governing DeBaser, perhaps deeming it too kind or too wordy, devoured it before my astonished eyes. I will therefore have to opt for a summary, alas, I fear a brutal one: be kind to re sresso, let go a bit of this Minghi, and embark enthusiastically on the adventurous journey into the Italian language. Best wishes.

@[Destellato] A curiosity, courteous paladin of the Minghi: is your devotion always this obsessive and combative, or has the condition arising from the pandemic magnified your strength a hundredfold? Whatever the answer, accept the astonished compliments of a passerby in front of such stubborn devotion.

Well, the comment above from Sfascia is perfect, however...
Maybe I'll try to watch it, but I'm here for another reason: where did you find the excerpt of the quote from Girard? Do you have a link, please?
