perfectly agreed, dude. Indeed, the miracle was to combine a perhaps banal but effective and captivating instrumental part with rhythmic lyrics that are not taken for granted… I candidly admit that I've never liked Zack's voice (but maybe that's not important either), yet it fits perfectly with the Ratm, and I confess that the lyrics are really impactful… ;)... by the way, what about the story of the Reznor/Zack connection??? And that one with Vic/Ziggy??? And Nick/maledetta???

Well, it’s actually a nice point of view... I, as a non-believer of rap, have never seen them that way; I viewed them from a rock perspective... actually, seen from this angle, for someone who likes rap and big guitars, it’s the best! I agree... unfortunately, I just can’t digest rap, yet Zack has always given me the impression of fitting perfectly with the music of RATM, with a simple rhythm that is still beautifully engaging... and anyway, we all agree, a thousand times better the mother bands (how I miss Soundgarden...)

Well, judging the RATM only from a "rap" perspective is equally limiting... and yes, I exaggerated, but not too much... many of Morello's riffs are half-copies or obviously inspired by Led! Other than that, great band, nothing to say.

Let it be clear, Rage remain a great band, if only Audioslave could get close... before the stoning starts... Vic, get it together!!!

What the hell is there to defend?! He just spoke the truth about the rages, or can anyone deny that any riff from Morello is practically a copy of one of the Zep?
Then for the rest... Vic, you’re losing your touch... come on, those from Jacko and the MSP were much better!!!

"wonderful album...black star opens the album beautifully...masterpiece...evil eye really beautiful...stunning cover...in my opinion one of the most beautiful...Essentially, the album is wonderful": okay, it's a joke, right?! Or do you have a vocabulary as big as a pocket dictionary!

Okay mikornr, let's start from the assumption that they pulled off a nice copy of the Strokes, and add that the Strokes also pulled off a nice copy themselves, and you arrive at what I'm saying... for heaven's sake, tastes are tastes, they already annoy me with their setup and background, so I'm a bit biased, but it seems we can't really talk about great innovation or great musicians (they're just laborers, although that in itself doesn’t mean anything...)... as for Italian critics, I really couldn’t care less, I appreciate your opinion and that of others here much more than that of snooty people or those who are paid!
