And above all, technically speaking, Zakk Wylde screws Spencer. I'll continue to prefer Spencer, but Wylde screws him.

I have Jon Spencer on audio CD, kindly provided with the entire discography by Mr_Iko. Then I bought Acme and Orange. Yes, there’s the Drum Machine and some synth (scratch I don’t remember but it’s the same)... so what? Do they sound like overdubs of guitar or voice? You take one at the PC behind you and send the effects, you know how long it takes. What I mean isn’t “extra things” but one thing (the guitar and/or voice) layered multiple times. I have the Megadeth downloaded instead, like Zakk, downloaded. I also prefer Jon Spencer... but still, the music of Converge is highly reproducible live, it's much more complicated. But tell me the truth... are you from the Left Side? Come on, admit it... Left Side? You’re nervous because today Berlusca is kicking you out of the Ciempions, huh...

However, in the meantime, Edward is the bassist who feels the best, and he’s the only one who makes my desk vibrate. Moreover, he confessed to me that in that piece he plays with his fingers... what a rogue...

Ah well.. if Jon Spencer uses the same amount of tricks as Converge, then Moonchild is as much of a trumpeter as Bettarini. I like Jon Spencer a lot, but I don't hear anything about overdubs and tricks, then who knows, if you say so I trust you, eh. Enjoy the derby, that's the only music you can understand... a thousand sheep singing four words in a row.

And you Moon, do you prefer Zakk Wylde or Dodi Battaglia?

It seems to me that at the forefront of the anti-Bush chaos is perhaps that poor, incompetent, shitty leader of NOFX. He wanted Zakk because at least among all those inept punk rockers... there would have been someone who knew how to play. Anyway, he didn't go just to avoid being seen among those guitar infidels, brrr... the NOFX... brrr...

Well, if you expected a post-core band to perform live what they do on record, and at the same time you denigrate Zakk... then I don't follow you. Converge put a lot of work into their music and you can tell there are tons of layers and special effects that can't be recreated live unless you have 30 guitarists and 15 people for effects, 12 of whom have the same voice as the singer doing overdubs. Zakk, on the other hand, does those "old-fashioned" things, you know why? Because he doesn’t spend a lot of time working on his records; what you hear on the album is what he plays live. So, you either want new stuff that doesn’t translate well live or you want old stuff that sounds great live. But decide, it's not a matter of age, it’s a matter of settling. Personally, I go to see Zakk live but I don’t buy his records, and I buy records from Isis but I wouldn’t go see them live because it's pointless. Getting back to the Nazi talk: I can tell you where you read that about Zakk; they organized some kind of ANTI-Bush rock festival, they invited Zakk and he didn’t show up. From there all this Nazi nonsense started; it’s all bullshit, Zakk just wants to play the guitar.

Ingrandisci questa immagine <-- He has 900 guitars that are almost all the same, he doesn't even experiment with a change of guitar... imagine if he experiments with new genres. I think you are mistaking the person, maybe Zack Vilde, the 80s Krautrock-nazi guitarist?

Then ... does he stop experimenting? But who? Zakk? When did he ever start experimenting? But I think you really don't get who we're talking about. "Nazi... stops experimenting..." Oh, but do you know Zakk Wylde?
