Well done, Le Vibrazioni....!! They have managed to write and play a truly beautiful album. Indeed, this second release from Le Vibrazioni honors the musicians' skill but above all the artistic qualities of Francesco Sarcina, the singer-guitarist, who demonstrates both a great and original use of his voice (unique in Italy) and a high capacity as a pop-rock songwriter (as he is the author of almost all the music and lyrics for the entire album). They know how to play and are eager to show and emphasize it to the point of sometimes becoming a bit overbearing (let's admit it) and turning off some listeners.
They have a strong desire to show us how talented they are, but this, in my opinion, is precisely their strength: forcing the listener to take a side either for or against them; you either hate them or love them. Their immense passion for rock, especially that of the '70s, leads to great references. Above all, the titles of their albums (Le Vibrazioni, Le Vibrazioni II) which recall and wink at Led Zeppelin (I, II, III, IV), and then the clothing that is entirely derived from the seventies. They have great personality and, as I said before, THEY WANT to flaunt it because it's in their DNA. I do not want to express any detailed judgment on each individual track. I just say that it should be listened to without prejudice because this band is not a one-hit wonder and will continue to be around in the Italian music scene for a long time. Enjoy listening.
A truly delightful album, a perfect bridge between the ‘60s/‘70s and today.
The best track on the album is certainly 'Ogni giorno ad ogni ora', for the happy combination of lyrics and music.
Really an excellent performance, the kind I like, gritty like a true rock band.
LE VIBRAZIONI II is an homage to 60s-70s rock, winking at Led Zeppelin and Italian legends like Battisti and Pfm.
From that day on I’ve been a huge fan of Le Vibrazioni.
In Sarcina’s movements, you can glimpse a certain Jim Morrison wanting to come back to life, shaking everything around him.
