I've always been limited in my judgment of the Smashing Pumpkins by the huge asshole face that Corgan has. And anyone who says he doesn't have an asshole face is lying, because I've seen few faces as much of an asshole as his. Plus, I thought he was the one from Super Vicky, so he was right up there on my personal podium of assholes. Then, I don't know, they seemed good, but nothing indispensable, so I preferred not to give credit to an asshole face. But have you ever seen the video where he goes "I'm still like a rat in a cage..."? How bad is that? Skinny, bald with a little mischievous kid's face, screaming and ranting, in that video he manages to combine the stupidity of metal with the flamboyance of pop... legendary and unbeatable, the best gaggio in the music biz.
