Untilted is pure rhythm sauce. A powerhouse of an album on its own, and considering it's yet another from Autechre, it becomes even more of a powerhouse. This is a nice load of nonsense, yes, but Untilted is a serious record in every way. From the intentions to the outcome. Minchiadura: unfaithful.

Beautiful nonsense, but not really: they never put too much effort into EPs. The last beautiful nonsense I heard from them is the Tortoise remixes. Or, the last beautiful nonsense I heard from the Tortoise is the Autechre remixes. Also, I discovered that by keeping onions in the fridge, you avoid tearing up while chopping them. These are nice things, things that last.

In my opinion, he probably knows it by heart. Imagine that first he says "Rap & Jazz = shit," then he uses Miles Davis as an example of "supreme goodness." If he hears Doo Bop, he might just have a stroke.
