Ornette Coleman Something Else!!!! The Music of Ornette Coleman

You contradict yourself, and so what? Fortunately, in the cultural realm, it’s still acceptable to change your mind... I too, at twenty, used to say that I hated jazz, but by the time I was 25, I was all fired up about fusion. I certainly wouldn't have been able to write a review like that (which doesn't really provide a ton of technical information, by the way). It's the review of someone who's genuinely interested, nothing more. But it’s well written, adds a bit of personal touch, and conveys humanity. And that’s why I say ā€œno ifs or butsā€ (whether it’s cool or not, enough with these stirrings in the pot).

Interesting, very much so. The review is really beautiful, thanks for the tip Talkin'. I read that Gay is also a music critic for Paste magazine. I will look for it; I have a feeling I might like it, given the references. I didn’t understand what you meant by "dalla quale, presumibilmente, non uscirà prima di un'eventuale cinematografizzazione: purtroppo"... in the meantime, let's support these small publishing houses with our word of mouth (just like you did)! Bye :)

Respect for the group - which I must say has never quite caught my attention - and a chocolate egg to the best bunny reviewer of this Easter :)

Dax, who ultimately also lives disconnected, for example between reality and the desire for a Debaser-esque week where no pseudo-review of the Pun is published. I don't believe I'm the only one.

I would instead advise you, my dear king of virtual slackers, to turn off the computer today, maybe even tomorrow and Monday, and finally dedicate some time to yourself, between you and yourself, not between you and the internet world. Block everything: debaser, facebook, the blog, your websites. Because if there’s anyone who lives disconnected between Real Living and Living of Desires... it’s all of us, right here.

Here's someone rushing to the bathroom with a serious problem. Why not do a damn thing instead of reading (reading?) this crap and then dumping it on us in the form of a review? No, Pun? Start from here, give it a try for a month, that way you’ll have time to go to the bathroom.

very nice review. I don't know him, only by name. Useless comment, I know.

I'll listen to it, sooner or later. But Dax, at least a couple of downloadable tracks, right? Or at least streaming on the website.
