Thank you Voodoo, I'm interested. Regarding the printing issue, I can say that my copy has no smudges and the black is beautifully uniform, not as saturated as on glossy paper, but it works perfectly. It's likely that Punno's copy ended up in the flea market due to its poor printing (it happens). I like the choice of slightly rough paper; it makes the volume feel more solid.
